Use the form on the left to reset your password

To reset your password, please enter the email address you used to create your RealAir account in the box on the left, then press "Reset password". A new account password will then be generated and sent to your inbox.

Your password is stored on our servers in a secure encrypted form, so even our database administrators do not have access to it. That is why we have to reset your password rather than send you your old password.

After signing in to your account using this new password, you can then change your password to something more memorable.
